Players can qualify for Phoenix Cup Las Vegas 2025 through any league run on the Phoenix league system under the following qualification requirements:
- A minimum of 265 league sets are played
- A set is defined as one game played in a league match. In leagues with multi-leg sets, the set still counts as one set played regardless of the number of legs played.
- Example: Singles League, 15 Sets, 15 Matches = 225 Sets Played
- A set is defined as one game played in a league match. In leagues with multi-leg sets, the set still counts as one set played regardless of the number of legs played.
- Of the 265 league sets, a minimum of 100 Standard Cricket sets and 100 01 sets must be played. The remaining 65 league sets can be any game with any game option.
- Playing a minimum of 100 sets of Open In, Open Out, or Master Out, Full Bull 01 will allow you to qualify for categorized divisions.
- If a player has not done the above and has only played a variation of Double In, Double Out, or Split Bull 01 league sets, you will be locked into the Highest Division for all Phoenix Cup events, regardless of your stats or your partner’s stats.
- Example 1: You have qualified by playing 265 league sets
- Of those 265, 100 are Standard Cricket Sets
- Of those 265, 100 are 01 Sets (Open In, Master Out, Full Bull)
- Of those 265, 65 are 01 Sets (Double In, Double Out, Split Bull)
- Depending on your stats, you are eligible to play a categorized division.
- Example 2: You have qualified by playing 265 league sets
- Of those 265, 100 are Standard Cricket Sets
- Of those 265, 65 are 01 Sets (Open In, Master Out, Full Bull)
- Of those 265, 100 are 01 Sets (Double In, Double Out, Split Bull)
- Regardless of your stats, you must play in the Highest Division at Phoenix Cup
- Example 1: You have qualified by playing 265 league sets
- 2024 Qualification Begins: November 1st, 2024
- Any sets played before this date will not be counted towards qualification.
- Deadline for 2024 Qualification: August 31st, 2025
- Any sets played after this date will not be counted towards qualification.
- If a league is not completed by this date, the sets played before this date will be counted but the sets played after will not.
- Players cannot qualify by subbing only.
- You must play a minimum of 166 sets as a full-time rostered member of a team.
- You can play the remaining 99 sets as a sub.
- Players cannot qualify in a league that was created for the sole purpose of qualifying players in a short period of time with an unreasonably condensed league schedule.
